Vamonos Executive Coaching LLC (“Vamonos,” “we,” “I”) runs vamonoscoaching.com. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: I collect only what you choose to give me, I use it to respond to you and stay in touch, and I never sell it.
What I collect, and when
Contact form. When you fill out the contact form, you share your name, email address, and whatever you write about your role, location and what brings you to coaching. The form is provided by Dubsado, the client management system I use to reply to inquiries and manage coaching engagements.
Leadership quiz. Taking the quiz requires nothing. If you choose to request your full report, you give me your first name, your email address and your quiz result. These go to Flodesk, the email service I use, so I can send you the report and the short email series that follows it. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.
Book club guide. Requesting the discussion guide works the same way: your name and email go to Flodesk so the guide can be sent to you.
Booking a call. Discovery calls and retreat information calls are scheduled through Calendly, which collects your name, email and any notes you add when you book.
Retreat enrollment. Enrolling in The Vamonos Experience uses a secure form and contract provided by Dubsado. Payment is handled by the payment processor linked to that form; I do not see or store your card details.
Website analytics. The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they found the site. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Some analytics tools set cookies; you can block these in your browser settings.
How I use it
- To reply to your message or booking request.
- To send you what you asked for (a quiz report, a discussion guide, retreat details).
- To send occasional emails about coaching, the retreat, speaking and new writing, if you signed up for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how the site is used so I can improve it.
I do not sell, rent or trade your information. I share it only with the service providers named above, and only so they can do the job described.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies of its own. Embedded services (the contact form, Calendly, analytics, and any embedded video) may set cookies according to their own privacy policies: Dubsado, Flodesk, Calendly, Google, Netlify (the site’s host).
How long I keep it
Contact and client records are kept for as long as we are working together and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and record-keeping purposes. Email list subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to see the information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email suzanne@vamonoscoaching.com and I will take care of it. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have additional rights under local law, and the same email address is the way to exercise them.
Children
This site and its services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
